Electronic Grade Polycrystalline Silicon is a key basic material for integrated circuits, with a purity requirement of 99.999999999999%. Xinhua Semiconductor has solved the key problems that have long plagued China's mass production of high-purity electronic-grade polysilicon, such as trace impurity purification, high-level clean control, and full-process online quality monitoring. It has pioneered core technologies such as the world's first intelligent non-contact silicon material processing system, breaking the long-term monopoly of foreign countries, forming a complete set of technologies with independent intellectual property rights, and solving the front-end raw material support for the localization chain of 12-inch wafers.

It has made crucial strides in the import substitution and domestic production of electronic-grade silicon materials and large semiconductor wafers. The product range of large semiconductor wafers encompasses 12-inch lightly-doped and heavily-doped polished wafers, epitaxial wafers, customized silicon wafers, and silicon rods.
